Diveshop.nl doesn't have a long list of conditions that you won't read anyway. We keep it simple:
These are the same as if you would buy your stuff in a diveshop We respect the warreny conditions of the importer or manufacturer. 90% of all warrenty claims are solved by ourselves so even after the expiracy of the official warrenty we will not disappoint our respected customers. You pay for the transportcosts to us, we pay for the transport cost on the way back to you.
2) Returns and money back terms
Is the article not what you expected it to be, than you return it to us. U explain what's wrong with it or what your wishes are; change or money back. We give you a 14 days period for this.
Articles that don't have a right of return are consumable products, articles that do have hygienic concerns like mouth pieces, or products or product sets that contain DVD's or CD roms, easy copyable products like Padi exams.

Please put a note with your return telling us what was wrong with it and what you would expect us to do with it, change or money back. Please note that our return policy is based on fair use. In case you order several size or types of products in order to see at home which one suits best and return the rest, this is not the idea of our policy. In case you would like to do that it is perfectly fine, but we will charge you 20 euro order handeling when the goods are returned.
In case you want your money back, we will transfer the amount of your purchase onto your bankaccount. Please provide us with your IBAN account number, name adress of your bank and the Swiftcode or BIC code of you bank to minimise delay.
The delivery of the articles ordered takes place on the location and time that the articles are ready for shipment to you.
